To further safeguard your purchase, we offer a 1-Year Limited Product Warranty (bulbs are not included) in addition to our 30-Day Return Policy, ensuring reliable protection for your Korewo Lamp products against unexpected quality issues.
Warranty Coverage Period
This warranty is valid for 1 year from the date you receive your order. During this period, if the installed product encounters quality-related problems, you are entitled to warranty services—provided the product has been properly installed, maintained, and not altered, customized, or modified in any manner.
Warranty Services
- Accessory Malfunction: If the product issue is caused by defective or non-functional accessories, we will send a free replacement via express delivery at no cost to you.
- Complex Technical Issues: For other quality-related problems such as circuit failures, performance malfunctions, or other complex issues, our professional engineering team will review your inquiry and assist in diagnosing the problem within 24 hours of receiving your request. We will provide a targeted solution or arrange necessary support to resolve the issue within 1–2 business days.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to the following scenarios:
- Products that have been incorrectly installed, improperly stored, or misused (including but not limited to inadequate maintenance, use of incompatible bulbs or components, or damage caused by voltage fluctuations).
- Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, unauthorized repairs, or modifications to the product.
- Normal wear and tear of the product due to long-term use.
- Bulbs (explicitly excluded from warranty coverage).
To qualify for warranty services, you must strictly follow the product’s installation instructions and adhere to the specified guidelines for use, maintenance, and storage.
Post-Warranty Support
Even after the 1-year warranty period expires, we continue to provide convenient support for you:
- Replacement parts for eligible issues remain free of charge.
- You only need to bear the shipping cost for the replacement part.
- Our team will still offer technical support to help you resolve any usage-related issues.
