At korewolamp, we’re committed to delivering your lighting products quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Every lamp we ship is handled with care because we know how exciting it is to brighten your home with something special.
1. Order Processing
We divide the time between a customer placing an order and receiving the product into: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (business days).
Once you place your order, our team immediately gets to work!

Processing Time: Expedited order processing time: 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, except holidays)

During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer but we’ll always keep you informed via email.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.
2. Transit Time
Estimated Delivery Times:
Free Shipping: 25–45 working days
Expedited Shipping: 9-14 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local delivery conditions.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
If your tracking link shows “pending” for more than 5 business days, contact our support team we’ll gladly assist in tracking down your package.
5. Shipping Destination and Item Location
We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Your order can be delivered to any physical address (excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses) in the contiguous United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. Our factories are located in China, and your order will be shipped directly from the Chinese factory.

6. Delays & Lost Packages
We work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, please understand that once a package is in transit, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, or peak seasons).
If your package seems lost or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@korewolamp.com with your order number we’ll investigate and find the best solution.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take packaging seriously but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout.
korewolamp is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, email us within 12 hours to request an update.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
korewolamp has no control over these charges or delays once your order leaves our warehouse.
