Where your lamp is made — and shipped from

Every Korewo piece is prepared at our workshop in Asia and shipped directly to you. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Shipping to the United States — Free

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Because your order travels internationally, please allow 24–42 business days in transit after dispatch. This covers the international line-haul, U.S. customs clearance (handled entirely by us — no surprise fees), and final-mile delivery by carriers such as FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout: 8–11 business days in transit.

Other destinations

Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates — free shipping, 18–35 business days in transit.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–3 days to activate.

Arrived damaged?

Contact support@korewolamp.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging — we will send replacement parts or a full replacement at no cost.
