Thank you for choosing Korewo Lamp. We know that every lighting piece you select plays an important role in your home. To ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience, please read our return and exchange policy carefully before completing your purchase.
RETURN PERIOD AND PRODUCT CONDITION
We Offer a 30-Day Return Policy: Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Important: Items that have been installed, have broken wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.
All returned items must meet the following requirements:

Original Condition: Must be unused, uninstalled, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact. Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

The product is damaged due to quality issues or transportation.

Any item returned to sender undelivered.

Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Product defect or damage: Contact us within 24 hours with photos. We cover return shipping+ 100% refund.

Change of mind (within 30 days): You pay return shipping. Full refund issued once received in original condition.
For all eligible returns, we bear all costs and guarantee 100% return/refund or free replacement.
Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Products that do not qualify for the 30-day return policy.

Custom Orders: Customized items are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Customized, modified, or special-order items (including products marked “Custom Invoice,” “Made to Order,” or “Final Sale”).

Items not in their original condition or packaging (used, altered, or uninstalled).
- Damage/Lost caused by customers are non-refundable.
- Bulb.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR CUSTOMER-INITIATED RETURNS
If a return is initiated due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the chosen courier service. Customer-related reasons include:
- The customer feels the product does not meet their expectations;
- The customer finds the size too small or too large;
- The customer believes the color does not match expectations;
- The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind or no longer needs the item);
- The customer ordered the wrong item or quantity;
- The customer did not carefully read the product description and is surprised by the product’s features or specifications.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Within 24 Hours of Confirmation: Orders can be canceled free of charge.
- Custom Items: Cannot be canceled.
- Non-Custom Items:

Cancel within 24 hours of placing the order: no cost.

Cancel after 24 hours but before shipment: $50 handling fee.

Once shipped: orders cannot be canceled.

(Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may available to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation.)
OUR RETURNS PROCESS
1.Read our return policy above to determine whether your order qualifies to be refunded/returned.
2.Submit an inquiry, including your reason for return, at support@korewolamp.com.
3.We confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and the items in your order.
4.We provide the return address and shipment labelling instructions.
If you do not follow our instructions, we cannot give you your refund.
5.Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.
6.We will process your return within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
