Hanging Height Tip

Everyone knows the light of late afternoon — that half hour when the sun drops low, everything turns gold, and a room you've lived in for years suddenly looks beautiful. It never lasts. This chandelier was designed to bring it back after dark.

Each petal begins as molten glass on the end of a blowpipe, gathered, turned, and shaped by a craftsman's breath rather than a machine. The amber isn't a coating or a film — it lives inside the glass, drawn in while the piece is still glowing, along with the soft ripples you can feel with a fingertip. It is slow, hot, skilled work, and it is why no two petals are ever the same — and why the chandelier that arrives at your door exists nowhere else.

Layered together in tiers, those petals stop being glass and start being fire: a slow cascade of gold gathered under your ceiling, catching light and letting it pool downward through row after row. Unlit, it reads as warm amber sculpture in the daylight. Lit, it fills the room with the color of candlelight — and everything beneath it, wood, linen, faces, looks a little kinder.

01Is the glass really hand-blown?
Yes. Every petal is mouth-blown by hand — never machine-pressed or molded from acrylic. The amber tone lives inside the glass, drawn in while it is still molten, along with the soft ripples you can feel with a fingertip. That subtle difference from petal to petal is the mark of real artisan glass, not a defect.
02Will my chandelier look exactly like the photos?
Very close — but not identical, and that's the point. Because every petal is blown individually, the depth of amber and the ripple pattern vary slightly from one to the next. Your piece will be one of a kind. The overall silhouette, size, and color family will match what you see here.
03How bright is it? Will it glare?
It gives a warm, golden glow rather than a hard downbeam. Light passes through layer after overlapping layer of amber glass, warming and softening as it goes — so there's no harsh hotspot and no bare bulb in view. It's ambient, atmospheric light: beautiful over a dining table or seating area, though you may want additional task lighting in a kitchen or workspace.
04What bulbs does it use, and can it be dimmed?
It takes standard E12 or E14 bulbs — LED or Edison style. Dimming depends on the bulb: fit compatible dimmable bulbs on a dimmer switch and the chandelier will dim. Bulbs supplied as standard are not dimmable, so please order dimmable bulbs if you'd like that option.
05What size room does it suit?
This is a true statement piece. It suits dining tables 60″ (150 cm) or wider, living rooms of roughly 200 sq ft (18 m²) or more, and entries or stairwells with 10–12 ft (3–3.6 m) ceilings or higher. In a smaller room it will feel crowded — contact us and we can advise on a custom size.
06How high should I hang it?
Over a dining table, hang the lowest petal 30–36″ (75–90 cm) above the tabletop. In a walkway or entry, keep at least 7 ft (2.1 m) of clearance from the floor. A useful rule for open rooms: allow about 2.5–3″ of drop per foot of ceiling height. The chain is adjustable, so the final height is set during installation.
07What finishes are available?
The metal body comes in nickel or gold. Gold warms the amber further for a richer, candlelit effect; nickel gives a cooler, more contemporary contrast against the glass. The petals are amber in both.
08Is it difficult to install?
It's a hardwired ceiling fixture, and we recommend professional installation. The frame mounts first, then each glass petal is hung individually — it takes patience, but the instructions are clear and all hardware is included. Because of the size and weight, two people make the job much easier. Always switch off power at the breaker first.
09Can I customize the size, color, or drop length?
Yes. We offer full customization of dimensions, body finish, glass color, light count, and chain length. Tell us your ceiling height and the space you're lighting, and our designers will advise on proportion — then we build it to spec.
10Will the glass arrive safely?
Yes. Every petal is individually wrapped and packed in thick protective foam inside a reinforced box, with the frame and hardware boxed separately. We ship glass every day and pack it to survive the journey. In the rare case something arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
11How do I clean it?
Wipe each petal gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, and abrasive pads. Always switch the fixture off and let the bulbs cool completely before cleaning. Dusting once or twice a year keeps the glass clear and the light at its best.

We divide the time between a customer placing an order and receiving the product into: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (business days).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

If your tracking link shows “pending” for more than 5 business days, contact our support team we’ll gladly assist in tracking down your package.

5. Shipping Destination and Item Location

We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Your order can be delivered to any physical address (excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses) in the contiguous United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. Our factories are located in China, and your order will be shipped directly from the Chinese factory.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

We work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, please understand that once a package is in transit, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, or peak seasons).

If your package seems lost or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@korewolamp.com with your order number we’ll investigate and find the best solution.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take packaging seriously but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout.
korewolamp is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, email us within 12 hours to request an update.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Generally, there are two reasons for return:

1.If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.

2.If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.

3.If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are certain that you will adore your order when it arrives, but if you don't for any reason, please just drop us a quick line via our contact us page or just reply the shipping update emails and we will make it right.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Customers are entitled to a refund for returns in the following cases:

1.The product is damaged due to quality problems or transportation.

2.The item has not been used and 30-day return policy applies.

3.Any item returned to sender undelivered.

4.Any item not delivered within 90 days.

All of the above are eligible for a full refund and replacement.
We bear all costs for the above issues and guarantee 100% return/refund or free replacement.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

1.Products that do not qualify for our 30-day return policy.

2.Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.

3.Bespoke, custom or special ordered products to your specifications.

4.Product not in original condition and packaging.

For items not eligible for return refunds, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. And we will deduct up to 70% of the cost + service fee of your refund amount.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancelling orders is only possible within 24hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund.
(Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may available to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation.)

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your item according to your tracking number, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

OUR RETURNS PROCESS

2.Submit an inquiry, including your reason for return, at support@korewolamp.com.

3.We confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and the items in your order.

4.We provide the return address and shipment labelling instructions.
If you do not follow our instructions, we cannot give you your refund.

5.You ship the item at your own cost.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels.
Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the returning package.

6.Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.

7.We will process your return within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned items.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
