Five tiers, one cascade of light
The Calista Clear Textured Glass Tiered Chandelier hangs 120 clear glass cylinders from a five-tier frame, lit from inside by 29 small bulbs. The glass is clear but never plain: a bark-like texture runs the length of every tube, so light catches on the ridges and travels down the tiers instead of passing straight through.
Because the rows step inward as they descend, the cylinders overlap rather than line up in a grid. That stagger is what hides the sockets: from a seated position, from the doorway, or from directly underneath, you see glass and light rather than bulbs. It is also what gives the piece real depth from the side, where a single-ring chandelier reads flat.
Every cylinder is cut to length, polished until the ridges catch light rather than dull it, and the frame is plated and hand-finished before anything is assembled — all in our own factory, which is also why the diameter, the tier count and the glass colour can be changed to order.
At 41.3″ wide and 41.3″ tall, with a 59″ chain you shorten on site, it is built for rooms with height: a long dining table, a two-storey entry, or a stairwell seen from the landing. Frame in gold or nickel, hardwired, for indoor dry rooms.

Twenty-nine bulbs sit inside 120 pieces of clear glass, so the bulb you choose is visible in a way it never is behind a frosted shade. Get it right and the whole fixture sparkles gold; get it wrong and it reads like a shop window.
Bulbs are not included. The fixture takes 29 × E12 or E14 bulbs, 40W maximum each, so you can choose the exact look and colour you want — and replace them locally instead of waiting on a shipment from us.

Clear is one option, not the only one
The same 120 cylinders are drawn in frosted white, amber, smoke, green and pink, and the frame still comes in gold or nickel. Changing the colour changes nothing structural: same five tiers, same 29 light sources, same chain.
If none of the stock colours is right, send a paint chip, a fabric swatch or a photo of the room and we match the glass to it. Before production we photograph the finished glass so you can approve the tone.

Set the drop, then remove the rest
Every piece ships with a 150 cm (59″) chain. Your electrician removes links until the bottom tier sits where you want it — nothing is cut until the fixture is in the room.
The sum: ceiling height − 66″ − 41.3″ is the chain you keep. On a 10 ft ceiling that is about 13″.

Sloped or vaulted ceiling
A chain-hung fixture is the easy case: the chain hangs plumb on its own, so the chandelier stays level however steep the ceiling is. It needs a sloped-ceiling adapter at the canopy, which we supply on request.
Measure the drop from the lowest edge of the canopy, and centre the fixture on the table rather than on the slope.

Gold or nickel

Hardwired, glass last
A licensed electrician should fit this one. The frame goes up empty and the 120 cylinders are hung afterwards, tier by tier, which is also how you would take it down to clean it properly.

Dust dulls clear glass faster than anything else; twenty minutes once or twice a year is the whole job.

- Support the frame, never pull on a single cylinder.

01How big is it, and how much space does it need?
The fixture measures ∅ 41.3″ × H 41.3″ (105 × 105 cm), with 120 clear textured glass cylinders arranged across five tiers. Allow the full 41.3″ of drop plus whatever chain you keep, and leave clear space all round so the widest top tier is not crowded by a beam or a sloping wall.
02What size dining table does it suit?
As a rule, a chandelier should be about half to two thirds the width of the table below it, which puts this one on rectangular tables of roughly 72–108″ or round tables of 60″ and up. On a table narrower than 60″ it will read as oversized and people will knock it when they stand.
03What ceiling height do I need?
Over a dining table, 9 ft is the practical minimum: the bottom tier then sits 30–36″ above the tabletop. Anywhere people walk underneath — an entry, a hallway, the end of an island — allow 10.5 ft so there is 7 ft of clear floor. In a stairwell or a double-height space, 14 ft and up lets all five tiers be read from the landing.
04How low should it hang above the table?
Leave 30–36″ between the tabletop and the lowest glass. Closer than 30″ and it blocks the view across the table; higher than 36″ and the light spreads out instead of pooling on the table. Taller ceilings do not change this figure — you add chain, not drop.
05How long is the chain, and can it be changed?
Each piece ships with 150 cm (59″) of chain, which your electrician shortens link by link on site, so nothing is cut before you see it in the room. For double-height entries and stairwells we make the chain and cord to your exact measurement — send us the floor-to-ceiling height before you order.
06Will it work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
Yes. A chain-hung fixture is the simplest case, because the chain hangs plumb on its own and the chandelier stays level however steep the slope is. Your electrician fits a sloped-ceiling adapter at the canopy; we supply one on request. Measure the drop from the lowest edge of the canopy, and centre the fixture on the table rather than on the slope.
07How many bulbs does it take, and are they included?
It has 29 light sources, each taking an E12 or E14 bulb of 40W maximum. Bulbs are not included, so you can choose the exact look and colour temperature you want and replace them locally. We recommend a warm white LED around 2700K.
08Which bulbs look best behind clear glass?
Because the glass is clear rather than frosted, the bulb is visible. A small opal or frosted LED gives a clean, even glow and hides the bulb shape; a decorative filament bulb gives a warmer, more vintage sparkle. Avoid plain bright bulbs and cool white, which make clear glass look grey and the room feel like a shop window.
09Can it be dimmed?
Yes, but it takes two matching parts: bulbs printed “dimmable” on the box, and an LED-compatible wall dimmer on the circuit. An older dimmer built for incandescent bulbs is the usual cause of flicker and buzz. If you would rather not change the wiring, smart E12/E14 bulbs dim from an app with the wall switch left on.
10Gold or nickel — how do I choose?
Match the metal that is already in the room rather than the one you like in isolation: gold with brass taps, warm woods and cream walls; nickel with chrome, stainless, marble and cooler greys. The 120 cylinders are identical in both versions, so the choice only changes the frame, chain and canopy.
11Does it need an electrician?
Yes. It is hardwired to a ceiling junction box, so it is not a plug-in fixture, and 120 pieces of glass make it heavy — the box and mounting bracket must be rated for the weight. The frame is hung empty and the glass is fitted afterwards, tier by tier.
12Can I use it in a bathroom?
Only in a dry area such as a powder room. The fixture is rated IP20, which means it is protected against solid objects but not against moisture, so it should be kept away from showers, tubs, steam rooms and covered porches.
13Can I order another size, tier count or glass colour?
Yes. Diameter, tier count, glass colour, frame finish and chain length are all made to order in our own factory. Custom pieces take about 8–10 weeks; we quote within 1–2 business days and send a drawing, and a photo of the finished glass, for approval before production.
14How is it packed and how soon does it ship?
The glass travels separately from the frame, packed cylinder by cylinder, which is why assembly happens on site. Stock pieces are prepared in 5–10 days and then shipped with tracking; free standard shipping applies within the U.S.
15How do I clean 120 pieces of glass?
Switch the power off at the wall and let the bulbs cool, then dust each cylinder with a soft dry cloth, working from the top tier down. For marks, use a barely damp cloth and dry immediately. Never spray cleaner onto the fixture, never use abrasive pads, and support the frame rather than pulling on a single cylinder.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Generally, there are two reasons for return:
1.If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
2.If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.
3.If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Customers are entitled to a refund for returns in the following cases:

2.The item has not been used and 30-day return policy applies.
3.Any item returned to sender undelivered.
4.Any item not delivered within 90 days.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancelling orders is only possible within 24hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund.

RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your item according to your tracking number, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
