The Carmel Amber and Blush Glass Tube Mini Pendant Light hangs 8 handcrafted glass tubes around a single light. At 28 cm (11″) across, and in two heights, it is made to hang alone, in pairs beside a bed, or in a row over a kitchen island.

One light looks great alone and even better in a row, on flat or sloped ceilings. Here is how to place it.

Sloped and vaulted ceilings
The Carmel can be installed on sloped and vaulted ceilings: the chain hangs straight down, so the glass stays level even when the ceiling is angled. Contact us before ordering and we will confirm the right setup for your ceiling pitch.
Adjustable chain
The 150 cm (59.1″) chain is shortened to your height during installation, and a longer chain can be made to order.

Which size should I choose?
The 37 cm (14.6″) version has 25 cm (9.8″) glass tubes; the 42 cm (16.5″) version has 30 cm (11.8″) tubes for a longer, more dramatic look.
How many should I hang over a kitchen island?
Most islands take two or three, spaced about 24–30″ (61–76 cm) apart.
How high should it hang over an island?
Hang the bottom about 30–36″ (76–91 cm) above the countertop.

Will mine look exactly like the photos?
The colors and style will match, but each handmade tube has its own texture, so no two pendants are identical.

What if a glass tube arrives broken?
Each tube hangs individually, so send us a photo and we will ship you a replacement tube.
Installation and electrical
How is it installed?
It is hardwired to a ceiling junction box; we recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
Is the chain adjustable, and can I get a longer one?
The 150 cm (59.1″) chain is adjustable, and longer chains can be made to order.
Can it be installed on a sloped ceiling?
Yes. The chain hangs straight down so the light stays level; contact us before ordering to confirm the setup for your ceiling.
What bulb does it use?
It takes 1 G9 bulb (not included), max. 40W. We recommend a 2700K warm white LED bulb.
Can I use it in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. It is rated IP20 for indoor dry locations only.

In Carmel-by-the-Sea, people walk down to the beach in the evening just to watch the light change. The sun drops toward the Pacific, the sky glows amber gold, and then, just before dark, it softens into blush pink over the water.
The Carmel pendant holds both of those colors at once: amber gold tubes on the outside and blush pink tubes within, each shaped by hand with a crackled texture that catches the light like a breaking wave.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
If your tracking link shows “pending” for more than 5 business days, contact our support team we’ll gladly assist in tracking down your package.
5. Shipping Destination and Item Location
We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Your order can be delivered to any physical address (excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses) in the contiguous United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. Our factories are located in China, and your order will be shipped directly from the Chinese factory.

6. Delays & Lost Packages
We work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, please understand that once a package is in transit, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, or peak seasons).
If your package seems lost or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@korewolamp.com with your order number we’ll investigate and find the best solution.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take packaging seriously but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout.
korewolamp is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, email us within 12 hours to request an update.

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Generally, there are two reasons for return:
1.If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
2.If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.
3.If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are certain that you will adore your order when it arrives, but if you don't for any reason, please just drop us a quick line via our contact us page or just reply the shipping update emails and we will make it right.
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Customers are entitled to a refund for returns in the following cases:
1.The product is damaged due to quality problems or transportation.
2.The item has not been used and 30-day return policy applies.
3.Any item returned to sender undelivered.
4.Any item not delivered within 90 days.
All of the above are eligible for a full refund and replacement.
We bear all costs for the above issues and guarantee 100% return/refund or free replacement.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
1.Products that do not qualify for our 30-day return policy.
2.Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
3.Bespoke, custom or special ordered products to your specifications.

For items not eligible for return refunds, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. And we will deduct up to 70% of the cost + service fee of your refund amount.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancelling orders is only possible within 24hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund.
(Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may available to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation.)
RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your item according to your tracking number, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
OUR RETURNS PROCESS

2.Submit an inquiry, including your reason for return, at support@korewolamp.com.
3.We confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and the items in your order.
4.We provide the return address and shipment labelling instructions.
If you do not follow our instructions, we cannot give you your refund.
5.You ship the item at your own cost.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels.
Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the returning package.
6.Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.
7.We will process your return within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
