Pick it up
Real glass is cool and substantial. Resin feels warm, light, and hollow. Our tubes have real weight — many customers say the heavy box was their first clue it's genuine.
Look at the texture
Hand-cast crackle texture has true depth you can feel with a fingertip. Resin texture looks like it's printed on a flat surface.
Turn on the light
Glass refracts light into a layered, moving glow. Resin tends to look flat, dull, or slightly cloudy when lit.
Compare two pieces
No two hand-cast tubes are exactly identical. If every piece looks machine-perfect and matched, it's molded — not artisan glass.

Green glass, arm by arm
The Green Calyx Art Glass Chandelier carries six or eight curved glass arms out from a stacked glass column, each arm ending in a flower-shaped cup that holds its own bulb.
Green runs all the way through the glass, so the colour deepens where the arms thicken and lightens where the light passes straight through. Lit, the cups glow one by one rather than as a single flat sheet of light.
Switched off in daylight it still holds the eye: a sculptural green form against a plain ceiling.

The light that starts the evening
You switch it on before the first guest arrives, and the room stops being a room with a table in it. Six or eight small bulbs sit inside green glass cups, and the ceiling above them picks up the colour.
Because the cups face upward, light lifts into the ceiling and comes back down soft. No one sits under a spotlight, nothing glares off the plates, and the faces across the table stay lit.
It works just as well empty. In daylight the green reads as a sculpture over the table — the reason people look up when they walk in.

01Which size should I choose?
Six lights (27.6″) suits tables and islands up to about 60″; eight lights (33.5″) suits 60–84″.
02How high should it hang?
Leave 30–36″ between the tabletop and the bottom of the glass, and at least 7 ft of clear floor anywhere people walk.
03Can the chain be shortened or lengthened?
Yes. Tell us your ceiling height and we set the chain before the piece ships.
04Is the glass real glass?
Yes. Each arm and cup is art glass with the colour set into the glass body, carried on a metal frame.
05What bulbs does it take?
E14 bulbs, one per arm, so six or eight in total. A warm white LED around 2700K suits it best.
06Can I dim it?
Yes, with an LED-compatible wall dimmer and dimmable bulbs, or with E14 smart bulbs.
07Does it need an electrician?
Yes. It is hardwired to a ceiling junction box, so it is not a plug-in fixture.
08Can I get it in another colour?
Eight glass colours are available, and we can match a colour of your own to order.
09Will the green fade over time?
No. The colour is inside the glass rather than a coating, so bulb heat and daylight will not wash it out.
10How do I clean it?
Switch the power off, let the bulbs cool, then dust the arms with a soft dry cloth. No sprays.
11What is your return policy?

12Is it suitable over a kitchen island?
Yes, with the same 30–36″ drop; grease and steam mean it will need dusting a little more often.

We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Your order can be delivered to any physical address (excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses) in the contiguous United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. Our factories are located in China, and your order will be shipped directly from the Chinese factory.

6. Delays & Lost Packages
We work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, please understand that once a package is in transit, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, or peak seasons).

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take packaging seriously but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Generally, there are two reasons for return:
1.If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
2.If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.
3.If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are certain that you will adore your order when it arrives, but if you don't for any reason, please just drop us a quick line via our contact us page or just reply the shipping update emails and we will make it right.
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Customers are entitled to a refund for returns in the following cases:
1.The product is damaged due to quality problems or transportation.
2.The item has not been used and 30-day return policy applies.
3.Any item returned to sender undelivered.
4.Any item not delivered within 90 days.
All of the above are eligible for a full refund and replacement.
We bear all costs for the above issues and guarantee 100% return/refund or free replacement.

Certain types of items cannot be returned:
1.Products that do not qualify for our 30-day return policy.

3.Bespoke, custom or special ordered products to your specifications.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancelling orders is only possible within 24hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund.
(Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may available to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation.)
RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your item according to your tracking number, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the returning package.

7.We will process your return within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
