Pick it up
Real glass is cool and substantial. Resin feels warm, light, and hollow. Our tubes have real weight — many customers say the heavy box was their first clue it's genuine.
Look at the texture
Hand-cast crackle texture has true depth you can feel with a fingertip. Resin texture looks like it's printed on a flat surface.
Turn on the light
Glass refracts light into a layered, moving glow. Resin tends to look flat, dull, or slightly cloudy when lit.
Compare two pieces
No two hand-cast tubes are exactly identical. If every piece looks machine-perfect and matched, it's molded — not artisan glass.

The rods hang in two staggered tiers, the lower set shorter and pulled inward. That step is what stops the fixture reading as a plain box: from the side it has depth, from the end it steps down, and from beneath the two layers overlap into something more complicated than either one alone.

Linear, Not RoundMost tables are rectangular and most chandeliers are not. A round fixture over a long table pools light in the middle and leaves the ends in shadow. This runs along the table, so the far seats get what the middle ones do.

What Makes It Special
A single sheet of glass gives back one reflection. A hundred and sixty fluted rods give back a hundred and sixty, each at its own angle, because every rod is a narrow lens with cut faces running its full length. That is why the fixture reads as a continuous band rather than a row of separate shades — dense enough to be a shape, and still open enough that you can see the room straight through it. Solid panels close a sightline; this does not, which matters more in an open-plan room than anywhere else.
Take the second tier away and this becomes a rectangle full of glass. With it, the fixture steps: the lower row is shorter and set inward, so from the side you read depth rather than a flat face, and from the end you read a stair rather than a block. It also does something practical — the two layers overlap when seen from beneath, which breaks up the view of the lamps and is why a fixture with this many rods stays comfortable to sit under.
Every one of the 160 rods hangs from its own hook along the frame. That is what allows the two tiers to be set at different depths in the first place, and it is why the fixture ships flat and is assembled in the room rather than arriving as one fragile block. It also decides what happens the day something goes wrong: a single chipped rod is unhooked and replaced on its own, instead of a four-foot chandelier going back by freight for the sake of one piece of glass. Along the Table, Not Above It
One row of lamps. A hundred and sixty small reflections.
Most dining tables are rectangles and most chandeliers are circles, and the mismatch shows every night. A round fixture hung over a long table pools its light in the middle and leaves both ends in shadow — which is where, at a full table, half the people are sitting.
This one runs along the table instead. A rectangular frame carries 160 clear fluted rods in two staggered tiers, and each rod is a narrow lens with cut faces down its whole length. A single row of lamps behind them comes back as a dense band of vertical glitter — solid enough to read as one shape, open enough to see the room straight through it. A panel would close that sightline. This does not.
The second tier is the part that matters. Take it away and you have a rectangle full of glass; with it, the lower row sits shorter and set inward, so the fixture steps — depth from the side, a stair from the end, and two layers overlapping when you look up from underneath. 01Is it long enough for my table?
Check this before anything else. At 47.2″ this is just under four feet — shorter than the shape leads people to expect.
A linear fixture should run about two thirds the length of what sits beneath it. So this suits a table or island of roughly 66–72″. Over a 96″ table it will look undersized and leave the ends dark.
Measure yours first. Longer table? Ask us — tell us the length and we will say what fits.
02Will it work over a round table?
03What bulbs does it take?

Use 2700K warm white, and the same bulb in every socket. The glass is clear, so a mismatched bulb shows through it immediately.
04Will the bulbs be bright to sit under?
Clear glass returns light as sparkle rather than a soft wash — that is the effect, and it is what a frosted fixture cannot do. Two things keep it comfortable: the two tiers overlap when seen from beneath, which breaks up the view of the lamps, and there is no direct sightline into a socket from a seated position.
Beyond that, put it on a dimmer. On any clear-glass fixture that is the single best thing you can do — full brightness for the meal, low for after.

Over a table or island: 30–36″ from the surface to the lowest rod.
Anywhere people walk beneath: at least 7 ft off the floor. The chain shortens on site by removing links — for a taller ceiling, tell us before it ships and we will send extra.

Honestly: clear glass shows dust, so plan on twice a year, more if you cook beneath it.
The quick way is a soft dry brush run down the rods rather than wiping each one. Power off and let the bulbs cool first, and no ammonia sprays — they dull the cut faces, and the faces are what make the sparkle.
09What if a rod breaks?
Replaced on its own. Every rod hangs from its own hook, so one chipped piece never means returning a four-foot fixture.
Damaged in transit? Send photos within 24 hours and we replace the affected rods. After that we hold spares — tell us the finish you own.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Generally, there are two reasons for return:
1.If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
2.If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.
3.If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Customers are entitled to a refund for returns in the following cases:

RETURN POLICY
