Seventy glass cylinders, four tiers deep
The Nivelle Frosted Glass Tiered Chandelier stacks 70 frosted glass cylinders across four descending rows, so the fixture reads as one soft mass of light rather than a ring of separate bulbs.
Every cylinder is textured rather than smooth. Fine vertical ridges run the length of each tube, catching light along the whole body instead of throwing it back from one hard point. Light enters at the top, travels down the glass, and leaves through the frosted wall as an even, warm wash — which is why a room lit by it has no glare and almost no shadow edges.
At 27.6″ across and 23.6″ tall, it is a dining-room and entry-hall size: wide enough to hold a table on its own, tall enough that the tiers read as a cascade rather than a flat disc. Choose the frame in gold or nickel to match the hardware you already live with.

The frosted tubes read as quiet white against the ceiling, with the ridges picking up whatever daylight is in the room. It holds a dining room together even when nobody has touched the switch.

Light travels down the inside of every cylinder and leaves through the frosted wall, so you see a glow rather than bulbs. No hot spots on the table, no glare across the plates.
Bulbs, and dimming
The fixture takes E12 or E14 bulbs, 40W maximum each. Warm white around 2700K keeps the frosted glass creamy; cool white turns it grey and clinical.
- Want it dimmable? Buy bulbs printed “dimmable” on the box — most budget E12 LEDs are not.
- Use an LED-rated wall dimmer. An old dimmer built for incandescent bulbs is the usual cause of flicker and buzz.
- Or skip the wiring. E12/E14 smart bulbs dim from an app with the wall switch left on.

Over a dining table
Hang the bottom of the glass 30–36″ above the tabletop and centre it on the table. At 27.6″ across it suits tables of roughly 54–72″.

In a two-storey entry, keep at least 7 ft of clear floor below the glass, and set the drop so the fixture sits in the upper third of the void.

With an 8 ft ceiling the tiers still clear head height in the centre of a room. Add roughly 3″ of chain per foot of ceiling above 8 ft.

Room rule of thumb: add the length and width of the room in feet — the total in inches is roughly the diameter that looks right. A 12 x 14 ft dining room lands at 26″, which is exactly where this fixture sits.

Hardwired, glass last
A licensed electrician should fit this one: it is hardwired to a ceiling box, and the glass goes on afterwards, piece by piece.

Keeping 70 pieces clear

- For marks, a barely damp cloth, dried straight away.
- Support the frame, never pull on a single cylinder.
- No ammonia cleaner sprayed onto the fixture.

Every piece ships with a 150 cm (59″) chain, so the hanging height is yours to set. Your electrician removes links until the glass sits where you want it, and nothing is cut until the fixture is in the room.
Set the drop, then remove the rest
Over a table, aim for the bottom of the glass 30–36″ above the tabletop, roughly 60–66″ from the floor. Anywhere people walk underneath, keep 7 ft of clear floor.
The glass alone is 23.6″ tall, so the sum is simple: ceiling height − 66″ − 23.6″ is the chain you keep. On a 9 ft ceiling that is about 18″, and the remaining links come off.

Sloped or vaulted ceiling?
A chain-hung fixture is the easy case: the chain hangs plumb on its own, so the chandelier stays level however steep the ceiling is. It needs a sloped-ceiling adapter at the canopy, which we supply on request.
- Measure the drop from the lowest edge of the canopy, not the peak.
- Centre it on the table, not on the slope of the ceiling.
- Send us the ceiling height and the slope and we prepare the right parts.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Generally, there are two reasons for return:
1.If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
2.If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.
3.If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Customers are entitled to a refund for returns in the following cases:

3.Any item returned to sender undelivered.
4.Any item not delivered within 90 days.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancelling orders is only possible within 24hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund.

RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your item according to your tracking number, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
