The Liora Beaded Alabaster Swag Chandelier is a continuous strand of natural alabaster beads, hung between small ceiling anchors so that each length falls into a soft curve of its own. One strand, several strands crossing, or a whole ceiling drawn on: the arrangement is decided by where the anchors go, not by us.
What makes it unlike anything else in the range: every single bead is lit. This is not a strand of decoration with a bulb somewhere behind it. Light runs the whole length, so each stone glows from within and the veining inside each bead shows individually.
The curve is not designed either. Hang anything flexible between two fixed points and gravity draws the same line, the one a necklace makes. Move the anchors closer and the strand falls deep and narrow; spread them wide and it stretches into a long shallow sweep.

Natural Alabaster
Naturally unique veining
Alabaster is a natural stone, so every bead carries its own veining and subtle variation in color. One is pale and cloudy, the next carries a strong amber grain, the one after is almost clear. The strand you receive may therefore differ slightly from the images shown.

There is no frame and no canopy plate, just a strand and a set of small anchors. Where you put the anchors is the whole design, so the same product makes a different fixture in every room.
One rule decides every curve
Hang anything flexible between two fixed points and gravity draws the line a necklace makes. Anchors close together give a deep, narrow fall; anchors far apart give a long shallow sweep. You choose two points, and the curve follows.

Each chandelier is an independent strand with its own anchors, so two or three can share a ceiling and read as a single fixture. Nothing is joined and nothing is modified.

Stagger the depths. Hang each piece noticeably deeper than the last, so the layers stay separate from every angle.
Offset the anchors. Shift each set sideways so the curves cross rather than stack behind each other.
Three is usually the limit. Beyond that a ceiling starts to read as busy rather than layered.
One switch or several. On one switch it reads as a single piece; on separate switches you can light one strand for an evening and all three for guests.

A strand is always longer than the gap it spans, and that surplus is what falls into the curve. Fix a 300 cm strand across a narrow span for a deep, dramatic sweep, or across a wide span for a long shallow arc.

The Design
We took the fixture away and kept only the light
No frame. No canopy. No body. Just a line.
Take almost any chandelier apart and most of what you are holding is not light. It is structure: a frame to give it shape, arms to hold the shades out, a canopy plate to hide the wiring. All of it hangs there in daylight doing nothing.
Liora began by asking whether any of that was required. A strand of beads needs no frame, because the ceiling itself provides the structure: two small anchors and gravity between them. What is left is a line of glowing stone and a ceiling behind it.
Every bead in that line is lit, so the veining inside every stone shows individually: one pale and cloudy, the next with a strong amber grain. Strung together they read as a line of separate small warmths, the difference between quarried stone and moulded resin.
The curve is not ours either. We send you a length, and your ceiling decides the rest. That is why no two installations are the same: the fixture is finished in your room rather than in our workshop.

How it fixes to your ceiling, what we need from you, and what arrives in the box.
Can I hang this where my current light is?
No. Each strand runs between two or more ceiling anchors, so you need several fixing points with wiring; send us a photo and we will mark where every anchor goes.
What do you need from me before I order?
Your ceiling height, the span you want to cover, and what sits underneath. We then confirm the length and cut the strand before it ships.
How deep will the curve hang?
It depends on the gap between the anchors: close anchors give a deep drop, wide anchors a shallow sweep. Tell us the depth you want and we will work out the spacing.
Does every bead really light up?
Yes. Light runs the full length of the strand, so each stone glows from within and shows its own veining.
Is there a bulb to replace?
No. The warm white 3000K LED is built into the strand, so there is nothing to buy or replace.
Can I dim it?
Yes, if you ask when you order. Tell us which dimmer switch you plan to use so we can confirm it works.
Can I install more than one in a room?
Yes. Hang each strand noticeably deeper than the last and offset the anchors sideways; three is usually the limit in one space.
Will my ceiling hold it?
The weight is spread across several anchors, but each must be fixed into the structure above, not plasterboard alone. Ask us for the weight of your length.
How high should it hang?
Keep the lowest bead 30–36″ above a dining table and 7 ft above any walkway. In a stairwell, check every landing it passes.
Why don’t the beads match?
They are cut from natural stone, so every bead carries its own veining. A strand where every bead matched would have to be resin.
What if a bead arrives damaged?
Send us photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement. Please do not open or re-string it yourself.
How do I clean it, and can it go in a bathroom?
Wipe the beads with a soft dry cloth and keep water off the porous stone. It is for indoor dry rooms only, so not bathrooms.

5. Shipping Destination and Item Location
We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Your order can be delivered to any physical address (excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses) in the contiguous United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. Our factories are located in China, and your order will be shipped directly from the Chinese factory.

6. Delays & Lost Packages
We work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, please understand that once a package is in transit, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, or peak seasons).
If your package seems lost or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@korewolamp.com with your order number we’ll investigate and find the best solution.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take packaging seriously but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Generally, there are two reasons for return:
1.If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
2.If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.
3.If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are certain that you will adore your order when it arrives, but if you don't for any reason, please just drop us a quick line via our contact us page or just reply the shipping update emails and we will make it right.
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Customers are entitled to a refund for returns in the following cases:
1.The product is damaged due to quality problems or transportation.
2.The item has not been used and 30-day return policy applies.
3.Any item returned to sender undelivered.
4.Any item not delivered within 90 days.
All of the above are eligible for a full refund and replacement.
We bear all costs for the above issues and guarantee 100% return/refund or free replacement.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
1.Products that do not qualify for our 30-day return policy.
2.Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
3.Bespoke, custom or special ordered products to your specifications.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancelling orders is only possible within 24hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund.
(Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may available to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation.)
RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your item according to your tracking number, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

7.We will process your return within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
