The Sabal comes with an adjustable 150 cm (59″) chain, set to your height during installation. Longer chains can be made to order.
Flat ceiling
Shorten the chain during installation so the glass sphere sits about 81 cm (32″) above your table.

What size room is the Sabal chandelier right for?
At 115 cm (45.3″) across, it suits two-story foyers, open living rooms, and dining rooms around 20 × 25 ft or larger.
Can it be installed on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
Yes. Contact us before ordering and we will confirm the right setup for your ceiling.
Can I get a longer chain?
Yes. The standard chain is 150 cm (59″); tell us your ceiling height and we will make a longer one to order.
Can I change the glass color?
Other glass colors are available. Contact us if you need a different color.
Which frame finishes are available?
Gold or nickel, with the canopy and chain matching the frame.
What bulbs does it use?
It takes 30 E12 or E14 bulbs, not included. We recommend 2700K warm white LED bulbs.
Are the leaves real glass?
Yes. All 138 leaves and the sphere are handcrafted glass, not acrylic.
Do I need an electrician to install it?
It is hardwired, so we recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
Can I use it in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. It is rated IP20 for indoor dry locations only.

The best light of the day comes through palm leaves, warm, moving, and never harsh.
The Sabal palm is the state tree of both Florida and South Carolina. It lines beach roads and porch gardens across the South, and its fronds catch the late afternoon sun, turning ordinary light into something warm and golden.
The Sabal chandelier is built around that moment. Its 138 glass leaves sweep outward in five tiers like a palm crown seen from below, with amber leaves for the sunlight and clear leaves for the sky between them. A single textured glass sphere hangs at the center, like the last drop of light at the end of the day.
Each chandelier is assembled by hand in our own factory, leaf by leaf, so the room it lights carries a little of that Southern golden hour every evening.

Many chandeliers only look good when lit at night, but this one is the star of the living room even during the day when the light is off! Natural sunlight refracts through the amber and clear glass, casting gentle, rippling patterns onto the walls.
This is not a lamp for simple illumination, but a sculpture of light and shadow. The amber glass filters out harsh glare, leaving only a warm, cozy halo, while the clear glass scatters the light beautifully. Hanging above the dining table, it creates a wonderfully cozy atmosphere whenever the whole family gathers for dinner.
Our top-floor living room has a sloped ceiling, but customer service helped me resolve this issue before I purchased. Once the angle was adjusted, it hung perfectly straight and stable. It’s an excellent choice for rooms with sloped ceilings!
The quality of the fixture exceeded my expectations. Although hanging leaves is indeed hard work, the final result is very impressive.

We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Your order can be delivered to any physical address (excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses) in the contiguous United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. Our factories are located in China, and your order will be shipped directly from the Chinese factory.

6. Delays & Lost Packages
We work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, please understand that once a package is in transit, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, or peak seasons).
If your package seems lost or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@korewolamp.com with your order number we’ll investigate and find the best solution.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take packaging seriously but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Generally, there are two reasons for return:
1.If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
2.If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.
3.If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are certain that you will adore your order when it arrives, but if you don't for any reason, please just drop us a quick line via our contact us page or just reply the shipping update emails and we will make it right.
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Customers are entitled to a refund for returns in the following cases:
1.The product is damaged due to quality problems or transportation.
2.The item has not been used and 30-day return policy applies.
3.Any item returned to sender undelivered.
4.Any item not delivered within 90 days.
All of the above are eligible for a full refund and replacement.
We bear all costs for the above issues and guarantee 100% return/refund or free replacement.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
1.Products that do not qualify for our 30-day return policy.
2.Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
3.Bespoke, custom or special ordered products to your specifications.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancelling orders is only possible within 24hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund.
(Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may available to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation.)
RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your item according to your tracking number, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3.We confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and the items in your order.
4.We provide the return address and shipment labelling instructions.

5.You ship the item at your own cost.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels.
Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the returning package.
6.Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.
7.We will process your return within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
