Pick it up
Real glass is cool and substantial. Resin feels warm, light, and hollow. Our tubes have real weight — many customers say the heavy box was their first clue it's genuine.
Look at the texture
Hand-cast crackle texture has true depth you can feel with a fingertip. Resin texture looks like it's printed on a flat surface.
Turn on the light
Glass refracts light into a layered, moving glow. Resin tends to look flat, dull, or slightly cloudy when lit.
Compare two pieces
No two hand-cast tubes are exactly identical. If every piece looks machine-perfect and matched, it's molded — not artisan glass.

Sylvaine Faceted Green Glass Chandelier Most coloured chandeliers are one shape repeated politely. This one is not arranged — it is grown. Dozens of faceted glass prisms push outward from a brass-finish centre at every angle, each cut to a point, the way crystals actually form in a rock: uneven, radiating, denser at the core than at the tips.
That structure is what the light does the work on. Each facet takes the lamps hidden at the centre and throws them back at a different angle, so a single fixture produces dozens of separate green glints rather than one flat glow. Move a step to the left at the dinner table and the whole thing rearranges itself. Lit, it goes from deep forest at the tips to a warm gold-green where the light concentrates at the core. Unlit, it holds its shape completely — this is a sculptural chandelier that earns its ceiling for the sixteen hours a day it isn't on, which is more than most coloured fixtures can claim.

What Makes It Special
There are two ways to make a coloured fixture. The cheap way sprays or films colour onto clear glass, and it always gives itself away eventually — a chipped edge showing white underneath, a pale halo where the lamp sits closest, a yellow cast after two summers. The other way puts the colour into the glass while it is still molten, so the green is the material rather than a layer on it. Chip an edge here and the break is green all the way through. That is why we are willing to describe the tone precisely: deep forest at the tips, warming to a gold-green where the light concentrates at the core.
A smooth shade gives back one flat wash of light. Thirty-one cut faces give back thirty-one separate returns, each at its own angle, so the fixture reads as a field of individual glints rather than a single glowing mass — and it changes as you move, which a symmetrical fixture never does. The eighteen lamps sit inside the burst with prisms screening them on every side, so all of that brightness arrives without a single visible source from a seat at the table. One thing to tell your electrician: multiply one bulb's wattage by eighteen and check the dimmer is rated for that total. It is a bigger number than most people expect, and an overloaded dimmer is the part that fails.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Generally, there are two reasons for return:
1.If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
2.If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.
3.If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Customers are entitled to a refund for returns in the following cases:

RETURN POLICY
